Submission Guidelines
• Submissions should be emailed to adoraremente@gmail.com.
• Articles must have been written while a student at SBTS or Boyce College
• Articles will be accepted from Master’s students (M.Div. and Th.M.) as well as Ph.D., although the journal would strive to focus primarily on M.Div. papers. Also, occasionally an exceptional paper written by a Boyce student will be accepted.
• Articles must be no more than 20 pages, excluding footnotes.
• Articles must be written in keeping with the seminary style guide and should be free of grammatical mistakes. Articles not in accordance with the style guide will not be considered for publication.
• Greek and Hebrew characters should not be transliterated. For Greek and Hebrew characters, the free BibleWorks font should be used (http://www.bibleworks.com/fonts.html).
• Articles that do not neatly fit into one of the five disciplines will be accepted. In such cases the editors will determine which discipline is most appropriate.
• Articles must have a clearly stated and well-argued thesis.
• Articles must demonstrate knowledge of and interaction with important works in the respective field.
• Articles should demonstrate creativity and logical consistency in handling the topic under consideration.
• Articles must be submitted to the editorial board with a detachable page giving the student’s name and contact information. The student’s name should appear nowhere in the body of the article.
• Articles must be submitted with an accompanying abstract of no more than 250 words.
• Articles must not appear in any other journal at the same time as being published in this journal
• Students may submit only one article per subject area for each journal issue. In any case, no more than one article from a single student will be published in a given issue.
• Articles from student editors will not be considered, unless the article is in a subject area other than that student’s focus area.
